Gas heat treatment furnace operation precautions

Gas heat treatment furnaces are widely used in metallurgy, machinery and other industries. When operating, workers should pay attention to the following points to ensure the stability and safety of gas heat treatment furnaces.

1. Operators should pass the post-training assessment and pass the certificate, and must operate in accordance with the operating instructions to ensure production safety.

2. Before the gas heat treatment furnace is turned on and ignited, the purge process must be started for more than three minutes. Inspect the furnace sand seal, rear seal, and furnace door for tightness. If problems are found, handle them promptly. It is forbidden to open the furnace when the seal is not good.

3. When the trolley is loaded, it cannot be super high, wide, super long, or overweight. Pay attention to the reasonableness and uniformity of the load on the load bearing plate of the trolley.

4. When the furnace shutdown time exceeds 15 days, the gas pipeline should be released before the furnace production. When the furnace shutdown time is more than one month, the furnace should be baked according to the curve of the furnace. .

5. When a fault occurs in the gas heat treatment furnace, refer to the troubleshooting items to find and eliminate it. If it is unknown in a short time and cannot be handled in a timely manner, it shall be reported to the person in charge on site and the organization staff for emergency repair. During maintenance, it is prohibited to overlap the ground wire of the welding machine on the pipeline system. When welding the natural gas pipeline, the gas must be purged and the gas source must not be disconnected.

6. When repairing the components of the burner system, it is necessary to stop the gas and power. Pay special attention to the power failure when repairing the ignition rod to prevent electric shock on the high voltage side.

Note: The gas heat treatment furnace should regularly perform leak detection, blowdown, cleaning, lubrication, sealing and other work to ensure that the furnace does not work with disease.
