The pressure in the working load space of the annealing furnace will rise with the influx of nitrogen

During operation, in order to keep the inner cover at a certain pressure, that is, higher than normal pressure, the pressure in the furnace is automatically controlled. If the furnace pressure falls below a safety threshold, the automatic valve (normally open) on the nitrogen line opens and the valve on the discharge line closes. The pressure of the working load space will rise with the influx of nitrogen, and the flow and pressure of the protective atmosphere will be checked and controlled. Pressure control is controlled by a pressure switch and a control relay that disconnects the outlet valve.

The heating hood combustion system of the gas annealing furnace adopts a plurality of high-speed burners, which are evenly distributed along the circumference of the heating hood. The burners are automatically monitored by the PLC process ignition system of the furnace platform. The solenoid valve, if necessary, can be manually disengaged from the burner, and the annealing process continues. The heating process is monitored by PLC. Temperature control: The combustion intensity is adjusted and monitored by the temperature measurement signals of the furnace table and the heating mantle respectively. The actual temperature signal of the heating mantle and the furnace table is compared with the set value of the controller, or the motor valve is continuously controlled by the regulator, or the controller gives an OPEN (open) signal, and the motor drives the valve to open, otherwise it gives CLOSE (Close) signal, the valve will close smoothly.

For the pipeline transformation of the combustion system, due to the long-term use of pipeline aging and insufficient air pressure in the furnace, the pipeline was re-arranged, and the metal hose for oil delivery, the metal soft for gas supply, the fuel control valve, the air compressor, and the compressed air pipeline system were added. Using a new fuel spray burner, with pressure atomization combined with high-pressure internal mixing dynamic atomization, the fuel atomization particles are fine, and the best end-flow mud mixing with the combustion air can be achieved to achieve high-efficiency combustion. Not easy to block, no coking, easy to control the length, shape and temperature of the flame, complete combustion, no black smoke. The annealing furnace has undergone the prescribed oven process and one month’s production practice monitoring shows that the transformation is very successful, meeting or even exceeding the requirements of the design transformation indicators.
